Damaged and not eligible for replacement
The product was great, but unfortunately two of the eye shadows were broken up, so the whole package was covered in dark powdery eyeshadow that got all over my hards and spilt onto my furniture when I opened the package, I tried to get a refund or replacement but was informed that this item was not eligible
