They are Tromontina. Proline is the model.

Is this the same set they sell at Costco?

Almost exactly the same. The 6" Utility Knife is straight, while the Costco version is curved.

What angles are the blades ground to?

Honestly I don't Knowles about angles but These knifes are sharp and confortable to the hand

I love these knives

I love these knives, they are everything you could wish for in the kitchen. I have even given them as gifts because they are incredible.
