Totally let down
Sim card was not activated as arranged, a replacement sim card was offered but 8 days later I still haven't received it. On previous occasions I had had no problems with these folk but this time I am really disappointed and inconvenienced.

False information beware re imei request
Traction does not tell you that to activate the sim you have to provide the imei number of your handset. Others only require the sim number. So beware. They then have the details of your phone. Will be returning this to Amazon
