A must have for those cold nights
This little heater is insane, it could roast a turkey. Looks great, is compact, very easy to use with 2 heat settings and totally worth the money. It will keep us very warm on cold nights in the campervan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect For A Tent - Reasonable Quality
Small, works on slightly tilted, uneven and soft surfaces. Gets a space warm quickly on high setting and then on low setting keeps temperature at an acceptable level (the front is cool to touch, but if you leave your fingers on it for more than a second they will get too hot (after all it is a heater!)). It is not quiet!, but I am intending to turn off when I go to sleep (and based on my experience of campsites there will be more noise coming front outside my tent than this would ever produce). Got a UK plug and a fan that doesn't change speed or noise levels except when you turn off (obviously! :) ). I think it would struggle to get a large tent toasty, but a small to medium tent would be fine (although based on my use, if the air temp is cold, then both settings will struggle more to heat tent fully (but the temp will still be much better than without the heater). I'm happy that I spent £20 on this, if it had a thermostat it would have been better, but I knew it didn't, so just need to adjust manually, after all you don't have to reach so far in a tent, and it needs to be turned off when you sleep as nothing electrical is 100% safe in a tent!

Compact and efficient, control knob not easy to use initially.
4 stars, almost five for this little fan heater. I am a care home resident, and bought this very good little heater to provide some extra heat in my room during a cold snap. The loss of a star was due to the control knob being initially quite stiff and difficult to operate. You need to persevere, it becomes easier with use. However, it is quite a shallow knob, if I had arthritis in my hands, I might struggle to grip and turn it. That aside, it’s a good little heater. The case remains cool in use, and the fan pushes out enough heat to heat a medium sized room. A word of caution, according to the instructions, the heater cannot be used with an extension lead, it needs to be plugged into a wall socket. Mine is positioned on a small table. There is no remote control. It is quiet and unobtrusive in use, another plus. The appearance is solid and functional. A safety switch underneath switches it off should it be knocked over, but this means it must be placed on a level surface. I’m not sure why it’s sold as a camping heater, given the need for mains electricity and a flat surface. I bought this at a competitive price as a Black Friday week offer. Recommended, but bear in mind the above points regarding initial ease of use.

Little Heater, Big Difference!
Picked up the Kampa Diddy to take camping and it’s been absolutely brilliant in the tent. It might be small, but it puts out a surprising amount of heat! Perfect for taking the edge off those chilly nights and early mornings. It’s really simple to use—just plug it in, switch it on, and it starts warming up almost instantly. Doesn’t make much noise either, which is a bonus when you’re trying to sleep. Compact and lightweight too, so easy to pack with the rest of the gear. Great bit of kit for anyone camping with electric hook-up who wants a bit of extra comfort. Would definitely recommend!

Great for camping in a tent!
Bought this in September to take camping at the end of that month (tent camping), to take the chill out of the tent in the mornings. It's compact, and you could be tempted into thinking that something so small couldn't possibly warm anything up, but you would be wrong. It's fantastic! It kept me and four dogs comfortable during gale force winds and torrential rain (remember that storm we had end of September, where the south west coast was battered?! Yeah, I was in a tent, in that, with this heater!). FWIW I had electric hookup so can't tell you how a leisure battery would cope with one. Looks wise, nothing to write home about, it's a heater. It's squarish, white, not ugly not pretty. It's anti tip cut off works, 100% works. I had it on overnight, but had it set up on a low metal table in case it got too warm on the bottom, but it doesn't (also then it was at the perfect height for blowing straight onto me in the sleeping bag). It's easy to use, just plug in and turn the dial. Lowest setting gives out enough heat to keep comfortable if it's not too cold or you aren't in a tent (I did test it indoors briefly) but is only good for small spaces, unless you want it sat right in front of you. On the highest setting, would probably be fine for a caravan. Tent wise, whilst I wasn't roasting (storm remember) I wasn't cold, I wasn't roasting either, but it kept the temperature high enough that I was comfortable in just pajamas. If you don't have dogs with you, you'd maybe need an extra layer if you feel the cold, but you won't freeze to death that's for sure. It takes a while to heat up the space, less in something with solid walls, but you can feel the heat coming out of it as soon as you turn it on. For reference I was in the Vango Mocha tent, and used the heater solely in the bedroom part. Great value for money. Didn't trip the EHU on site and I was using it on high from roughly 5pm until 8:30am every single night and it didn't show any signs of struggling. Noise wise, it isn't silent, I was fine with it, it's not too loud, maybe like a really quiet hairdryer sound? On the one day there weren't gale force winds, it didn't keep me awake put it that way. Definitely recommend for a camping trip in case it's a bit chilly in the mornings (or you're stupid enough to be camping in a storm).

Good little heater
Arrived early, early days obviously but certainly seems a great little heater for my campervan ! Time will obviously tell but I can safely say it puts a decent amount of heat out and don’t see it having any issues warming the camper.

Great little heater
Absolutely cracking little heater. Used it for a full weekend forest trip in my campervan and was more than warm enough on the lowest setting. Doesn’t take any room up for storage - I even used it in the awning of an evening to take the chill off and worked brilliantly. Great little piece of kit. Highly recommend.
