Great for exercise and hangovers!
I think these are an excellent little product.I chose these over other electrolyte supps because the majority of the ingredients are natural.The flavour is nice. I wouldn't say tri-berry though... if you like old school sweets like love hearts you'll probably like these. It isn't overly sweet and there's a slight mineral taste and fizz to it as well. Comparable to flavoured mineral water.However, they are pretty expensive given each tab only treats less than a pint! That makes them pretty expensive if you're using them post work out but acceptable for the odd hiking/camping trip.They take about 3-4mins to completely dissolve with no sediment at the bottom.

I would give this full stars if it tasted just a little bit better! It’s still the nicest I’ve tried. I use to deal with my POTs symptoms (dizziness and dehydration) and it really helps I just take one or two a day in a bottle of water with me all the time.Nice helps me stay hydrated which stops me passing out :-)

Terrible polystyrene filled packaging
Tablets are as they should be and price was good. My one gripe is the packaging they were sent in. 2 tubes of tablets in a box about 5 times bigger than necessary and packed full of polystyrene. I think you should really rethink your packaging. There is no excuse for using the above when we are trying to cut down on needless waste.

Recommended hydration
The berry flavour are actually quite nice, they fully dissolve quickly without the need for a spoon. Great way to hydrate if you have POTS.

Keeping up hydration quick and easy
I use this product for hydration when exercising. It tastes like refreshers and not a strong flavour which is good for a refreshing drink . It keeps me going when exercising which is good and doesn’t affect my stomach

Really tasty and hydrate perfectly but for the price you could get more of other brands

Re hydrate the natural way
I use this product when at my gym classes. I find I feel energised and hydrated throughout the day would definitely recommend. Also good if travelling to ward countries and for mild hangovers
