The best of what’s out there regarding manual hand beaters. Sturdy strong and easy to clean—so what’s not to love? Well, I have very small hands and I find it quite large and heavy to hold and control. My husband has no problem using it so I think OXO may not have used enough petite women testers when they were designing it! With a bit of elbow grease (or a helpful husband) it does a great job whipping up eggs, cream and cake batters when I can’t be bothered to get the stepladder out to search in the cupboard for the electric hand whisk.

I love it! Very easy to use, comfortable in hand, and is smooth in practice, so no jamming or locking when turning at speed. I much preffer a manual egg beater than having to fumble with an electric plug in the kitchen. Does an excellent job, and would recommend.

This is a wonderful product, it is so easy to use and clean. I have arthritis in my hands so can at times experience pain and a lot of weakness. However, this whisk is still so smooth and easy to use even when I am having a bad mobility and pain day. I have owned it for 8 years now and it is still going strong. I cannot express just how impressed I am with this whisk after many years of using inferior ones that have caused both frustration and disappointment. If you are looking for a hand held whisk, do yourself a favour and get this one, you will not regret it.

I'm over fifty and done a LOT of cooking over those 50 years and this is without question the best whisk I've ever owned. All whisks will eventually look like this one. 1. you have a choice of grip - top or side. It's ambidextrous to suit left handers. Unlike the conventional double whisk the two "bells" never lock together and the handle doesn't jam. 2. Because of the non-moving supporting bar, you can stand the whisk on the bottom of the pan or dish and operate it without fear of scraping off the bottom of your pan. 3. It's really easy to clean - none of that poking a dishcloth between the metal strips. The whisk metals pop out really easily for washing. 4. The whisk is quite narrow so you can use it in small pots to whisk a small amount of cream or egg white. And because it goes close to the bottom surface of your pan or dish, ingredients don't get left untouched and "forgotten" at the bottom. 5. You don't have to lift and press the whisk either, like some other models, so no banging up and down on your dish. If I could give everyone one of these for their birthday, I would. Go buy!

This turner has become my go-to for frying eggs and fish. The thin silicone edge slips neatly under food and it doesn’t damage my non stick pans. Feels well built and dishwasher safe, which is a bonus.

This is an easy use and long lasting egg/cream whisk, whilst the bottom is a tad difficult to removed, the beaters will come out quite easily. This is the most long-lasting hand whisk I have had, and is regularly used. IF however you try using on cake mix or anything more solid there is a risk that the beaters will become loose in the drive, allowing the beaters to go 'out of sync' and hit against each other. It still works, it's just quite noisy. The beater saddle on mine failed - repaired with epoxy - and now after four years the rubber is starting to de-laminate on the handle. Time I think for a new one, but this has been the longest lasting by far of any beater I have had. I will buy the same again, and this time treat it with a little more care, and not expect it to go more than it is designed for. Buying cheaper open-gear models are I find a recipe for disappointment and frustration, and I have tried many, from cheap throw away ones to more costly branded ones, none have compared to the Oxo.

The best thing i could get. The turners head is big so can actually go below the entire omlette or pancake and turn without breaking. Its flexible so u can use it to press the toast while toasting on stove before turning... Best part is it doesnt burn or melt.

For an inexpensive, cute little plastic gadget, this works surprisingly well! It does a great job of separating yolks from whites, keeps any bits of broken peel out of the whites, and has a handy lip so you can sit it on the edge of your bowl and have two hands free to crack your eggs. I'm impressed with the simplicity, ease of use, and results. Nice to purchase something that does exactly what it's supposed to do!
