Love it!
We eat keto, so we got this big bag to save money over Swerve brown. This is almost as delicious - this seems just a little weaker in flavor, but probably because it has monk fruit extract as the first ingredient followed by erythritol, whereas Swerve is entirely erythritol. And it seems I need to use a little more sea salt in whatever I'm making with this. But I'm not complaining; I'm simply adjusting. It's a great product at a reasonable price.

Great sugar alternative!
Using this monkfruit made it so easy to get away from using sugar in my coffee and tea. I've even used it in my baking. It's so nice to know I'm not getting that huge insulin spike as you get with sugar. Nice big bag makes it cost-effective!

Can't do stevia? This is your answer!
Love this monk fruit sweetener. It helps me cut down on sugar in my coffee and other things I need to sweeten. I do mix 1 tsp of raw sugar with 3 tsp of monk fruit sweetener (don't judge me...lol) to my coffee. I have sensitive taste buds and without doing that I'll pick up a slight aftertaste, but even that's not bad. This type of sweetener is perfect for me because I can not use stevia. I hate the taste of stevia and it actually makes me nauseous.

Tastes OK, decent value vs store-bought, quality is good.
Decent value for how much you get vs store-bought. Quality seems to be ok with a nice texture. Not really comparable to brown sugar, but more like raw sugar texture. I like that it has natural ingredients and the calorie count is better than sugar-sugar. Will help on my weight loss journey, but the taste is just OK.

High expectations
I'm incredibly picky about monk fruit sugar and have tried so many brands I can't keep them straight. Most recently, until this purchase, I have been getting Durelife Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener from Amazon and it's very good. I decided to try Microingredients specifically because of the price point. I was very skeptical, given the cost of monk fruit sugar locally and online, it's $.31 an ounce right now and when I got it I paid about a dollar less. The flavor is pretty close to Durelife and I like that brand quite a bit, it's literally a one for one. Microingredients is also a 1:1 replacement where many other brands I need to add a little extra to make it as sweet as it should be. The crystals are ever so slightly larger than my usual brands and it has a little more "dust" when you pour it into a sugar bowl. All of them have that though and I think it's more noticeable with the golden monk fruits. There is little to no taste difference between white and golden monk fruit sugars, that usually brand to brand more than anything. I don't find any of them make a good brown sugar replacement because they lack the moisture that brown sugar contains. Unless the packaging specifically says brown sugar replacement, I use it as I would regular sugar or sweetener.

Favorite keto sugar swap!
Very impressed with the taste and texture for hot and cold uses. Purchased as a keto-friendly brown sugar substitute, but have found this to be the one we most often reach for when swapping for all kinds of sugar. No weird aftertaste or off putting cooling sensation. Has a slightly caramel/creme brûlée smell, which is lovely. Not sure how strongly that translates when cooking/baking, but the whole family loves it. Definitely a winner, highly recommend.

Sweetness
Not as sweet as they claim, but still good. Sugar is sweeter.
