Works amazing!
First time using a unit like this and it worked great to help heal chronic heal pain I’d been battling. Also have used it for recovery. Appreciate how easy it is to use. Sometimes the signal drops but overall it’s definitely worth it.

Does not work Will not stay to Bluetooth required to use.
Device will not stay connected to my iPhone 13 running iOS 17. Continually disconnecting, and sometimes it reconnects most often it does not. What really upsets me is that the manual that came with the device has two pages on Bluetooth connection and compatibility. But the final paragraph says, and I will quote this here. “ If you fail to reconnect and resume stimulation after several attempts, consider stopping your stimulation session, using stop button on the stimulation, screen and postponing it for later.Another paragraph quoted below they says-too bad you cannot use your device of connection problems.“ Due to hardware level emergency stop mechanisms Bluetooth disconnections of a more permanent nature should not affect the safety of stimulation and can only cause a temporary inconvenienced by forcing you to post pone your plan stimulation session until more favorable. Bluetooth connectivity environment is established.”So, although a program will continue to run if disconnection occurs. And you can complete it without a connection. You are not able to change the level of stimulation during that 20 minute run if there is no connection. Why is there such a problem with the connection? None of my other Bluetooth devices have trouble connecting to my phone and staying connected except in rare occurrences. This device is not worth the money with this kind of problem. I don’t think any device is worth the money if it can’t perform the basic function of controlling the device via Bluetooth connection that is a necessity for use of the device. Reading through some of the other reviews that have reported problems with connection and have reached out to customer support, it looks as if the company has no intention of improving this device. It seems to be a built-in flaw that they want to keep. Very disappointed with this device. I had high hopes for its function and efficacy.

Expensive but worth EVERY PENNY!
Over the past few years, I've dealt with sciatica pain that literally drops me to my knees. During that time, I’ve gone through roughly 5 different tens units (starting with the cheap butterfly Aleve unit). But NOTHING has worked like this set up. The app is the #1 selling point and has many different ‘workouts’ depending on the body part and as well as any type of manual settings (shock patterns and degrees of shock). You can use these on pretty much any part of your body that is causing you discomfort (knees, shoulders, back, feet, arms, etc.). This by far is the BEST tens unit out there…from the app that goes with it to the minimal size of the unit itself. I highly recommend to anyone who has muscle pain or if you have any other tens unit. This is a MUST have! 5*s across the board.

Had some problems at the get go
Could not get it to connect to my phone for the longest time. Turns out it was just operator error! Love mine and helps so much with recovery.

Flawed app
The app is flawed. It needs to be improved. For example, the app only offers the option to place the device on your right or left obliques, even though the book indicates that the device can be placed below or above the belly button. Additionally, there is an issue connecting to the app.It does not appear that the company that sells this device has bothered to troubleshoot their product before release. Poor quality control.

Amazing and highly functional
Late June 2019, I had a significant grade 3 inversion sprain with my right ankle. After wearing an aircast boot for 3 weeks and wearing semi-hard lace-up ankle brace for 3-1/2 months, I was noticing that my ankle was feeling less stable and more pain daily. In January 2020 I saw my orthopedic surgeon. Physical therapy for 10 weeks. During the course of the physical therapy, I had the suggestion of a tens unit. Later that evening an ad for PowerDot 2.0 showed up on my social media. The first use I did a 15 min pain relief session on my ankle and a 20 minute session on my tibia. The unit is amazing (yes, I don't use that word lightly, but it was A M A Z I N G!). You choose the amount of time for 15 min or more and the amount of intensity you desire (and can adjust throughout the session).Definitely considering a second unit & pads, so I can do more than one part at a time.

Pads ruin it.
Should you buy? Yes/NoFirst of all it’s a great product but it has its faults. The most notable is the pads. It’s really amazing how it’s semi wireless but the pads lose their stickiness very quickly. The app which is easy to use says they are good for 25 uses but after a few days they are already starting to fall off. That’s why I can only give a 3 stars. Other than that the wide variety of settings are fantastic from the NMS To the TENS this item really is nice. I suffer from a bulging disc with nerve pain and it really helps get rid of the pain. I’m in a love hate relationship with this one. The battery life is great I can use it for 1 hour straight without issues. All in all great product ruined by sub par pads.
