注文してすぐ、トラブル発生に付き商品到着が遅れるとの連絡が…ところが暫くすると「商品を発送しました」とのメール。おかしいなと思いながら数週間待ち商品到着、開封すると中身はこちらのイメージとは全くかけ離れた商品が…。返品、返金を願い出ると代替品で手を打てと連絡が…。添付されてた写真を見るとこれまた注文した商品とは似ても似つかぬ商品が写っていた。こりゃダメだと思い、キャンセルを申し出ると、来年１月に工場を再開するのでそれ迄待て、商品代金は半額返金する、という何とも不確かな情報、工場を再開するという保証は何処にもない！こんないい加減なショップがAmazonに加盟していたとは…欲しい商品ではあるけれど、今一度購入を再検討し、入手が確かになった時点で購入を考えようと思う。
