If using this to up your milk supply please be careful! I got recommended this as I’m trying to pump a bit extra for a freezer stash while exclusively breastfeeding, my supply fed my baby perfectly and id have a little left to pump one extra bottle per day but after taking this for a couple days it had actually diminished my milk supply and my baby wasn’t getting enough meaning I had to supplement with the little milk I had already managed to freeze prior to starting fenugreek. I’m so lucky my milk has came back within the week but some aren’t so lucky and it doesn’t come back. Fenugreek has around 50% chance of helping with milk and 50% chance where it lowers your supply. Please use at your own risk and do plenty research. For what it’s worth, this particular product does work and get into your system pretty fast which is nice if increasing milk isn’t your aim with taking it.

Our feeding butch was losing her milk and fenugreek was suggested. After giving her one capsule a day with her food, she could have fed an army of puppies. Will definitely use again.

I am writing this review as a broken and distraught new mother. I was told by my silly MIDWIFE to take this product to help with breast milk production. The product took effect as expected the day I started the recommended dose. I initially noticed bloaty, gas, and uncomfortable feelings in my tummy. I became constipated and just completely depressed and upset as I have only just given birth and trying my best to give my newborn the best chance in the world we live in by giving her breast milk. My baby has been so unwell and also constipated, full of gas and sleepless. She is in so much pain and its the most horrid feeling as a new mother to see your child in so much pain at 4 weeks of age. This product is something I have told all my family and friends to avoid. Please I advise you to do some research on the internet about this product (not the seller) PRODUCT to see how badly this affects your baby and you. I have thrown the pills away and now 72 hours into trying to DETOX my body of this awful potent product. I have put my little princess back on formula to try and flush out this horrid product out of my babies system. My little girl used to pass poo 4 - 5 times a day . Since this product was taken she has missed days and in so much pain . Her tummy looks bloated and her eyes just cry for help. I am shocked to see such an awful product up for sale on a public platform. Please please consume with caution and lots of research .

Love this product , have been using it for more than a year now , personally I find it very beneficial & the smell of it is amazing as well as how easy it is to swallow

Fa male allo stomaco, e troppo grande capsule

L’unico effetto che ho notato è stato puzzare di fieno. I primi giorni di utilizzo sembrava quasi sciroppo d’acero ma ad una certa è stato difficile non sentirsi in una stalla…. Da quel che ho capito è un effetto “normale”.
