The lures are great but do not use the assist hooks that are attached, swap out as they pull clean off the braid - the braid has not been doubled back then rewhipped over. Lost a good fish and the lure came back minus the assist hook but with the braid hanging in place! You've been warned............

I picked up these Trucend lures because I’ve always thought of them as a decent brand, and I wanted something with a bit more weight. Unfortunately, the quality left a lot to be desired. They looked good out of the box and cast well, but after roughly 25 casts the enamel/paint had already started coming off — not just in a small spot, but across a sizeable area of the lure. For that to happen so quickly really isn’t acceptable. The sea bed was a mix of pebble, shingle, and sand, with no rocks or anything abrasive enough to justify that level of wear. I’ve yet to try the other two lures in the pack, so time will tell whether they suffer the same issue or if this one was just a bad example. Hopefully this review — along with the photos I’ve included — helps others make an informed decision. Thanks for reading!

Went pollock fishing in Scotland these lures worked really well all three colours caught fish highly recommend them

Good quality and design for a good price. Definitely interested in try others lures from this brand.
