Proactive seller providing excellent service.
Ordered two new lamps for my zapper as I was down to my last spare. Whilst they arrived within a couple of days, one turned out to be faulty and would not fully light. I contacted the seller by email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within one working day suggesting a couple of things to try. When these didn't work the seller dispatched a replacement the next working day. Can't fault their customer service, pleasant and courteous throughout. Happy to recommend and will buy again.

Is there a standard size?
I bought these as replacement tubes for the Vermatik 16W Pro Electric Insect Fly Killer Bug Zapper, being advertised as "2 x 8W Replacement Tube/Lamp for 16W Electric Insect Fly Mosquito Killer" and appearing identical to the originals, in the supporting illustrations. These tubes are identical to the originals, except that they are 1mm too long, and therfore do not fit. Lifting off the connectors, removing a redundant 0.5 mm adhesive pad from pad under each terminal allowed the tube to fit, and now all is good - but beware, these mini UV tubes do not appear to be made to a standard.

Works well, Kills Bugs
bought to replace one which died in our existing bug zapper (and a spare). The new one seems much brighter and attracts more insects. very happy with it and no issues.

Conforme à la description, bon emballage, attire bien les moustiques. Seul bémol un changement de néons qui est risqué, par rapport au prix de l'appareil neuf est à peine rentable.
