An excellent purchase
This is fabulous for barefoot weeding with drop foot and varus this week. It's affordable so I don't mind wearing it in the garden. Maybe other types work better, but this works nicely without shoes. Undo the velcro strap between the sleeves, put the ankle and foot sleeves on and align them so that strap is suitably positioned for varus foot and good luck with the velcro as it is clingy, no grab tabs, and the buckles also have velcro which I will be seeing if I can remove as it seems pointless.

Size.
It was too big for me. There didn’t seem to be as small size. So it wasn’t very useful for me.The item was speedily sent and arrived Quickly.I have arranged a return .

Bád Purchase
I read the reviews, The strap for my foot is far too small. This is the 2nd time I have bought from Amazon for this item. Description should have been more detailed. Foot strap doesn't fit my foot. And I don't know how to return it to amazon. There was no Invoice with the strap, I have no return address. Also it will cost me more money to send it back. I have purchased the strap similar for walking safely with a dropped foot. And it is preventing me from a fall.Amazon please send me details to return the 2 items. I'm on my account you can see my purchase history for the last 2 items for my foot

Keep your foot up
Love this, ideal as I had a massive stroke affecting a full side. Keeps my foot in 45 degrees in bed helping stretch my calf. Easy to use and comfortable,and would recomend it

It's got one major flaw..
The device works well aside from the velcro centre tension strap.. it (like velcro) loses its adhesive qualities after a short while making the splint useless.. a better design would be a strap and buckle system with velcro tips just to keep it tidy when tensioned with the buckle..

Not great for bare feet and legs
I bought this as a cheap option for the beach. Its working as I hoped mostly. Unfortunately I don't have any feeling in my leg due to my medical issues and didn't realise there are two really rough strips down the inside of the ankle piece. I wore it on bare skin and it has rubbed my ankle raw. Now I'm wearing with a sock underneath and it seems to be ok. The foot piece I had over a slip on watershoe so that was OK.

It works but doesn’t last
Brought this for my partner he has used it everyday for 2 weeks and it has started coming in stuck causing his foot to drop suddenly making him fall. Wouldn’t recommend for long term use.

Not comfortable
Not so comfortable as it looked.The strap at the bottom should have been longer.The strap is so short that it sits under the foot so not comfortable walking
