Bought these after advice from physio that my feet are on the flat side of neutral which was causing me knee pain deriving from my cartilage. Amazed that they have vastly improved my knee situation within days and thanks to physio and the insoles for resolving something which has been troubling me for approx 2 years. Highly recommend insoles .

Very good product does the job.

NO STARS As they were way too small. Even though I checked they were good for UK size 9 before buying. SHould think they'd be too small for most adult males.

Ok for slippers but not supportive enough for shoes

Great value insoles, helped with my pain instantly. Feet now sorted, no more plantar facilities so must be working. Comfy to wear 8 hours on my feet as well

The reviews from others looking good, but I bought this insoles just today and I'm little bit confuse. Ok, they are really hard but as someone suggested they need more time to become comfortable. Above of all my problem is not pronation but supination and I'm not sure if these are the right one for me!

I’ve had flat feet from hypermobility my whole life, causing issues with my ankles, heels, knees, hips, back, etc. I used to love running and walking but couldn’t due to pain. A sports therapist recommended these to me and I haven’t looked back. I have a set for every pair of shoes I own. They’ve helped me get back to enjoying walks with my dog and higher impact sports like running!
