I use my 1st Strip The same day as I received Within 2 hours it was loose and falling off. I had ordered scar strips in 2022 that stayed on for a week even when I showered no problem I have yet to find comparable strips this time around. I do not recommend this product as I do not believe it is waterproof and it just does not stay put.

Recently, I had a minor surgery that left a scar on my back. It is small but still unpleasant, so I decided to give a try to silicone scar patches to help my scar heal and hopefully minimize its appearance as my doctor suggested.There are a number of very similar products available on the market right now, but JJ Care's silicone sheets caught my attention because the top of the silicon patches has a nice soft and breathable cloth texture. My skin is sensitive and sometimes reacts badly to latex or other synthetic based material used by bandages, so I had very high hopes specifically for this product. I have been wearing these for a few days now and pleased to say that I haven't had any adverse skin reaction.Overall, this product contains five individually sealed medical grade quality silicone scar strips with soft and breathable cloth-like top texture, washable and reusable. Strips size is 7 x 1.5 inches and can be cut down if necessary. In my case, I am cutting every strip into three pieces, which is very convenient. I also really like its thickness. The silicone layer is thick enough to provide nice padding for a fresh scar and minimize unpleasant irritation and discomfort but not too thick to disturb you during the wear. Medical grade silicon is sticky enough to wear the product for 12+ hours. However, after a 24-hour period I noticed that sheets are peeling off the skin on the edges. Patches are washable and you can reuse them multiple times but for me washing with just warm water and a very mild soap solution without any softener or moisturizer didn't do a good job - silicon in the edges regained some of the lost stickiness but not all of it. In my case wiping it with an alcohol solution helped a lot better.It is too early to talk about the product's effectiveness as most benefits come after months of using a silicone scar patch, but so far so good. I will update this review with any future developments on the go.*** TL;DR ***So, in general I really liked JJ Care silicone scar sheets. Every package gives you five nice quality medical grade silicone scar strips 7 x 1.5 inches with breathable cloth-texture top, washable and reusable. The silicon layer is thick but comfortable. The only minus is that it starts peeling away on the edges after 24h wearing. Also washing with soap does not work very well, but with rubbing alcohol you can clean it up nicely and reuse. I am trying this on a precise surgery scar. It will of course be weeks before I can tell the degree to which these sheets help minimize the scar's appearance, but results are promising so far. The sheet fell off with some minor clothing friction, but using some medical tape or even a plaster helps secure it. I cut the sheet to fit my scar, and it's fairly unobtrusive during daily wear. I never minded having a scar to start with, but I also have high hopes these sheets will help make it less obvious.

I purchased these to treat a large scar that runs vertically down my stomach. I applied as the directions stated on the package by washing the scar area first and drying thoroughly. It is important to not apply any body lotions when using this product as it will not stick AT ALL then. As the pictures I included show, the scar sheet began to pull away after 3-4 hours of wear. I did not do anything out of the ordinary, and did not sweat. I am assuming these will work similar to the ScarAway Silicone Scar Sheets that I have used previously. I would leave those scar sheets on for up to 24 hours and could reuse them for about 5 days or so before the stick started wearing off. My scar is over a year old now, and has improved tremendously in both color and texture using the ScarAway sheets regularly for the past six months or so. These are supposed to be reusable, after washing thoroughly with soap and water, for up to 2 weeks, however, I am not convinced as they are already starting to not stick. Overall, I would recommend the ScarAway Silicone Scar Sheets over these. They are pricier, but they stick MUCH better! I even wore them in the Summer and even though they would start to pull away a bit with sweat, they held up much better than I expected.

The media could not be loaded. Okay I have sensitive skin but I also have these awful scars that itch a lot and have never healed properly. So I decided that this was worth giving a shot to. The instructions very simply tell you to only use them for a few hours the first few days and then slowly add to those hours until you can wear them for 24 hours. Adhesives make me break out but oddly enough these did not make me break out at all. I thought surely the second day I would break out but as I started to add a few hours each day to these I never broke out once. And my scars don't itch nearly as much as they did and they're starting to look far better than they did. Now I've only been wearing them for just shy of a month and these are old scars but I am very impressed with the Improvement in the look of the scars.

This is one of those products that has a large range of subjectivity either due to location, activity level, skin chemistry, compliance level with treatment, etc., etc., etc.The strips are easy to cut to a customizable size, remove the backing, and save the remainder of the unused strip back in the individually wrapped packet. The initial adhesion is good. The price value is comparable and fair.My experience was that getting sweaty, showering, or lots of movement all made the strip loosen and/or detach. After that, it never stuck as well ever again. I tried using quality fabric bandages to cover the corners of the scar strip, and that did help.
