If you're home alone and have no one to hold the ladder?? This is what you need for your safety.

I was using this to hold a 10ft alumnum ladder on top of the first story.. 1) the straps - would have preferred buckles.. the velcro straps tear apart easily, had to use clamps to try to get the velcro to stay mated, did not inspire confidence! Also the machined fastening metal screw felt a little loose.
