Worked for 1 day then needed to be charging at all times.Then doesn't even work when charging.Waste if money.

This is a fantastic device is ideal for traveling abroad for me it worked in Germany Holland & Bruge would reccomend to anyone

Poor product bought 20 May and stopped working (will not turn on) by 19 October. This is a poor product and Amazon will not let me return it for a replacement. Do not buy this item.

My major dislike was the miniscule operator manual, the print is so small it was difficult to read even with a 10x magnifying glass, secondly i was unable to download the MIFI web page, it was only after hours of trial and error that i was able to set it up, having said all that, it is suitable for my needs.

I used this devise when abroad and overall worked however I needed to keep it on charge otherwise wouldn’t functionDisappointed as this is supposed to be a mobile device.

Absolutely useless, even in a good signal area it's slow and loses connectionTried a number of different Sims all the same.Waste of money

I have had no success with this item despite trying several different network sim cards. Wherever I have been able to try it out the signal has stayed red so although able to find the device from our phones or tablets there is no access to Internet. Can't keep trying further networks as this involves buying a new sim each time and this is getting costly. Now unfortunately past the time for return. Very disappointing.

As others mention, this device will only power on when plugged into a power source - the moment it's unplugged it is a brick so they should remove the "mobile" tag from the product description. The setup is mostly luck, sometimes it will work, and when it does, the signal is woeful. To compare, I bought a 5G enabled all you can eat Vodaphone SIM, activated on an Android phone and choose 4G only (note this device you're thinking of buying does not support 5g) speedtest was 20MBps and using mobile hostpsot on phone getting the same on other devices connect. Drop the same SIM into this device, if it works the speedtest max maybe 3MBps and slowly trickles down to zero. This test was done in the same location. I'm going to just use the SIM in a mobile phone and use that for tethering - at least that works and actually holds a charge making it a real "mobile" hotspot.
