What is the difference of the at home file versus the professional file?

Is it made of latex???

No. The sides are stainless steel and the handle is stiff plastic. Great product!

What are the measurements?

It's 8 inches long and 2 inches wide. It is the best foot file I have ever used! I love it! The side that has the rougher, "bubbly", side works great to remove callouses and the other side smooths it out. I use mine in the shower while my feet are wet. The bottom of my feet are super smooth! Highly recommend!!!
