Been using this product for nearly a week and saw an improvement pretty much straight away. I suffer with mild ME/CFS and have aches, fatigue and brain fog amongst other symptoms. I surprisingly felt a relief with my brain fog, it started to lift almost immediately. My aches are beginning to reduce also. I have been taking this supplement for a year now and it has kept me healthy hale and hearty.

If you exercise, this supplement will protect you from the sensation of pain post and during exercise. Depending on the intensity of exercise (and thus severity of pain) consume 3-4 capsules 2.5-3 hours before exercise. It take a long time for the effects of curcumin to take effect so dont forget to include this in your planning. A healthy person on normal days is recommended to take 1 capsule with a fat-rich meal as curcumin in fat-soluble and fatty food will therefore significantly increase its absorption. On the down side, it is very expensive!

This is a great product, although one capsule a day had no effect on overall health, however there has been a noticeable improvement especially on movement with two capsules a day with food. Effects were noticed in the 2nd/3rd week, the first week just tried taking one a day and didn't notice anything. There have been no issues of wrong number of capsules that other reviewers have stated, which made be a little worried about ordering . There were the correct number of capsules in each bottle and none of them were broken, all in good condition. Looking to order more but the price has gone up.

This is decent value compared to many. All about bioavailability and the longvida is right ip there.

I purchased this particular 'version' of curcumin after having read many comments on forums and some articles - all of which presented it to be the best (or certainly the most tested and/or researched) 'adaptation' of curcumin, with regard to its absorption into the system. This product certainly works, as both my wife and myself feel a clear and powerful boost after taking just one tablet. Mental processes become clearer throughout the day and the stamina increases so that you can cope with more tasks up until later in the day. Frankly no other plant-based product that I have tried has generated such a consistent and clear effect. This makes this product really special and - I believe - revolutionary.

I love longvida curcumin. I have asthma and allergies and take curcumin in order to help reduce inflammation in the airways . I must say and it has been successful in doing so. I usually take them at night with hot water and with some fish oil to boost its bioavailability although i am well aware that with longvida curcumin this is not necessary. I am relieved that Igennus is a UK supplier and I don't have to wait weeks to get my supply as Iusually do with the ones that come from the US.

I ordered this supplement hoping for some relief from arthritic symptoms in my feet. (I have not been diagnosed with arthritis; basically my feet were just really stiff and sore in the morning such that it was difficult to even walk upon first rising from bed— which I attributed to some sort of inflammation.) In addition, it had been suggested by my psychiatrist that I might consider taking turmeric for its mental health benefits. Apparently there is research showing that some mental illness (Alzheimer’s and depression, for example) may be caused or exacerbated by an inflammation of the brain itself— and that an anti-inflammatory diet may help relieve these symptoms. I had purchased some curcumin supplements from Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco (which has an extremely well-stocked section of herbs, tinctures, supplements, etc— and is probably the overall best grocery store in the United States), but then did some more research about curcumin’s bioavailability etc. and it started to seem like the Longvida formulation would be most effective, so I went on Amazon (I live in New York so couldnt go back to Rainbow to look for it unfortunately...) and saw that the Longvida forumlation was being sold by a number of different companies. Igennus’ offering seemed reasonably priced and I appreciated them telling a little bit about the company in their product listing. Also they are based in Cambridge and although they claim no affiliation with the University, I just sort of associate Cambridge with high-level intelligence and success, good breeding etc. (I’m only partially joking about that bit.) Anyway I ordered the supplements, they came like the next day or something (thanks Amazon, very convenient— although I do have serious questions about your labor practices, and about your effect on small “brick and mortar” retail businesses etc., although on the other hand your platform enables a small company like Igennus to sell their product around the globe to many people who might not otherwise have had access to it, so— complicated) and I began taking them, starting with two a day right off. About that time I received an email from Igennus directly, which contained a nutritionist’s advice about the product and how to take it, as well as some answers to frequently asked questions etc. I really appreciated this and got a sense that they they truly do stand behind their product and honestly care about the well-being and improved health of their customers. Of course this could just be good marketing, but it worked on me, and more importantly the product itself has worked tremendously. I can report nearly complete relief from the physical symptoms that led me to seek out this supplement. The mental symptoms... well, perhaps not so much but we’ll see! To sum up (and perhaps could have skipped all this discussion but hopefully it’s of use to someone), I am very satisfied with both seller and product— five stars well deserved!
