MECO Deluxe Padded Steel Fabric Folding Chair-Brown, 94 x 47 x 7 cm

Am over the moon with this chair - so glad I spotted it. Since downsizing from a 3-bed house to a 2-bed park home I've had problems with space. The dining room chairs I'd brought with me were bulky, rarely used, as hard as nails to sit on and I'd longed to get rid of them but felt I should keep them for the very rare occasions I had dinner guests. This chair is the perfect solution - it's absolutely brilliant, well-made, sturdy and folds beautifully - smoothly and easily, leaving a slim item to store in any narrow space. Furthermore, the colour and design of the fabric is very tasteful/elegant and it's far more comfortable to sit on than my old wooden dining chairs. This is the second of these chairs I've bought in quick succession. I'm so relieved I can now finally dispose of two of my old dining chairs, leaving me more space and yet with two elegant, comfortable chairs ready to hand as and when required.

This lovely chair lives up to every single great review previously posted. Solidly built,lovely fabric in the upholstery,comfortable and superb value. Delivery was swift,even to an Island..and on opening was even better than I imagined,though I admit the wonderful reviews did give me great confidence in my decision to purchase. A lovely kind of neutrally beige-y/fawn colour that would suit almost any and every décor....(I've also purchased two fabulous footstools very recently here on Amazon that almost match but I realise this particular review relates to this chair but see my reviews if you'd like to see the footstools,too!) It folds up so neatly yet is far beyond a simple fold-up chair when it comes to looks,comfort,quality and value. I certainly recommend beyond any doubt whatsoever to anyone considering buying this as I'd have no hesitation in doing so again myself.

These are pulled out when we have guests they are compact, sturdy, comfortable and look good. Only reason it's not a 5 star is that there is rust appearing at some of the joins which we can't explain as these are kept in our dining room, it doesn't look great but may also mean they don't remain sturdy forever.

Bought this for my girl friend to use along with the folding desk (also reviewed) for studying because we have a small flat and don't have enough space for a regular desk and chair. She is crazy about it! Folding chairs are usually not very comfortable but this one is so comfortable that the main problem she has is that, every time she gets up, the cat jumps up onto the chair (the cat loves it also)! Folds up easily for storage, comfortable and solid for sitting, even for long periods. It's also not bad looking for a folding chair. It's not the cheapest folding chair on Amazon, but if you are buying chairs to actually sit in, and want one that well enough made to last a long time, it's absolutely worth the few extra pounds!

Arrived before estimated delivery date and were well packaged. Thank you. The chairs are robust and attractive – a quality feel to them. The comfortably well-padded seat and back provide good support. I saw reviews that the seat height was too low. They are however just the right seat height for my dining table, and because they are foldaway give added space when not required. The chair frame colour is more taupe (brownish-grey) than brown, and the padded seat and back have co-ordinating oatmeal colour stripes against small rectangles of light brown and taupe. The material is strong and will no doubt wear well. They fit in well with my laminate flooring and general ‘woody’ décor. These were excellent value at the time of purchase (there had been a price drop). It pays to check your wish list regularly as it highlights any price reduction since the item was added to your list.

We've all used a folding chair at one point or the other. But none of them are as comfortable as this one. Since I am limited on space, I have been using a folding chair as a desk chair for my PC. It was very uncomfortable after just 15-30 mins. My eyes fell on this chair,The delivery was quick, ordered on Sunday, got it by Wednesday. And boy is my bottom glad I bought this chair. The chair feels very sturdy, even when you open it, it's very smooth and feels solid. once I sat on it, it felt like sitting on a settee. I am an avid PC gamer, have used this chair for a gaming session of 2 hours, and didn't feel any discomfort. I just hope it can last a few years (if not more), but for the price, it's worth it. I even had someone (not me) who weighs over 15 stones sit in the chair to test it, and not even a creak. Granted I asked them to get up straight away. Would completely recommend this chair for anyone in the market to buy folding chair/s. for £22~ (Inc delivery) it is completely worth it.

This product is very sturdy and practical for those with not a lot of space as, when folded up, is very slim and can be put away almost anywhere, however the product doesn't have enough padding for my liking. I don't know if it's just my back, but my spine seems to perfectly hit a bar of metal at the bottom of the backrest which makes it sore to lie back, and the seat pad, while better, still feels like it could do with more padding, and becomes uncomfortable after long periods.
