Whilst Lions Mane is the important one for Alzheimer’s, I decided to take a mixed supplement due to the many benefits of the other mushrooms out there. For example, Chaga mushrooms enhance the mood and provide energy; cordyceps improve vitality and endurance; lion’s mane increases brain function, and reishi fight tumours and cancer growth. Mushrooms are considered a magic elixir, with attributed anti-ageing properties, harmonising your energy and spirit and helping combat the effects of stress. This supplement is decente value for the amount you get, it is manufactured in the U.K. which is good and it contains black pepper as well. Obviously these supplements do nothing unless you eat healthily and exercise and breathe the fresh air as well, but I do think think these are worth a try.

Got these as my usual mushroom complex was not available. I did not like this product as I didn’t feel any positive affects atall. Compared to my usual mushroom complex this seemed to do nothing. Also only contains a small amount of lions main in ratio to the other mushrooms. Would not buy this again.
