Perfect phone holder!
I liked everything about this phone holder...it is as simple to install and use as was depicted! I used it today for the first time and no adjustments needed and my phone remained stable. Since it is a flexible holder, I assume it would accommodate most sizes and thicknesses.

Best of it's kind
I've tried all kind of phone mounts for bicycle, this mount beats them all hands down. Super easy to use (although require 2 hands), it's large enough that there is no too much stress on it when using large phones, makes it last much longer.I've been using one for over 1.5 years now, at least 12 times a week (just to compare Finn mounts were lasting me 2 month). The first signs of wear I've noticed after a year, the top middle section of the silicone "strap" started cracking, because I always have to stretch it back, away from notification bar of the phone - it seems I have an older model, as they show on photos with straight top and bottom, while new model has an arc (highlighted in green)But I don't worry about it, even when it eventually fails, based on my experience with other silicon mounts of this type it won't make phone fall out, in fact failing any one of these sections will not make phone to fall (unless of course you are on a very bumpy road)The are a few things I don't like about it:1) the phone is not centered on the handle bar, it shifted forward, which makes it spin around the handle bar on bumpy roads.2) because of the pivot mechanism its a bit wobbly, yet you still can read your workout data.I ̶a̶b̶s̶o̶l̶u̶t̶e̶l̶y̶ recommend this mount[EDIT]I just received a new model, although I love how middle section no longer covers the screen, unfortunately they did it by shorten the middle vertical straps, this made it less stretchy and much harder attach a large phone (Galaxy S10+). This will ultimately shorten it's life span because of the additional stress it receives, at which point I no longer "absolutely" recommend this mount, because I speculate it will not last me as long as the old model. Also they shorten the strap that holding to the handle bar

UPDATED REVIEW: Expect 1-Year of Reliable Use
UPDATED REVIEW BASED ON RE-ORDER:I've used this phone mount on my mountain bike and it is surprisingly secure. That being said, I've gone through two of these over the past couple of years as the materials do end up failing. The rubber strap that wraps around bars tears due to heavy on-and-off use. I recommend leaving the mount on the bike to reduce stress on the rubber strap. I wish they would beef up the thickness of the rubber strap. The component that allows the mount to rotate loosens over time. About a year after installing my second unit, the rotating component broke apart – causing my phone to fall off. Not sure how avoid this particular issue. The rubber that holds the phone has never failed for me.INITIAL REVIEW:After a year of use (1200+ miles on a mountain bike) the belt loops broke enough times (2-3) making it too short to keep using. None-the-less, I’ve been happy with the performance of this phone mount and I just reordered another one. The best thing I like about it is that it accommodates my iPhone 6 in it’s Lifeproof case plus my reading glasses case that piggy-backs onto the phone case (I can’t read my phone without my ThinOptics readers). In-other-words, the rubber webbing is flexible and strong.Under extremely bumpy terrain, the mount does move around, but it has never fallen off. The rubber webbing that holds the phone to the mount is still in great shape. It’s been my practice to remove the mount after each ride so that it is not under constant stress, but maybe leaving it on is less stressful on the belt than the constant extra stretching of getting it on and off.It would be great if the VUP Direct would offer the option to replace a worn/broken belt.

Nifty, affordable phone mount
We installed this phone mount on my son's bike so that he need not ride one-handed (the pockets of his shorts are too shallow for his phone and he refuses to carry a backpack or bag because that would not be cool). The mount installs simply without tools and holds his phone securely for causal neighborhood/greenway/mountain bike trail rides. The phone stays in position and doesn't appear likely to fall out of the mount under non-crashing conditions. The flexible rubber phone cradle gives a bit of shock protection.I suggest putting the phone itself into a sturdy case (the mount will accommodate this) to minimize the chances of cracking the screen when it gets dropped on the garage floor or when one's bike makes unplanned contact with trees, rocks, or hardpacked single track. We've used it for a couple of weeks so I don't know how long the rubber cradle will maintain its strength and flexibility. For the price, I wouldn't mind replacing it every year or two if necessary. The one thing this mount cannot do is allow quick, one-handed, on the move access to the phone (other than viewing the screen). If you need to be able to pick up calls or snap pictures very often during a ride, this probably is not the mount for you.
