The media could not be loaded. The other ones we've tried small and breaks easily. This one is slightly more expensive but it's taller (adult height), and it can take a punch and lasts longer.

I recently purchased this Cobra Reflex Bag and have been having an absolute blast with it! Not only is it a ton of fun, but it's a great value for the price. The fast rebounds add an extra level of intensity to my workouts. Also it’s quiet enough to use in my apartment without causing any disturbance to my neighbors.Assembling it was a breeze, and I love that its height adjustable (my 13 year old likes to use it too). Overall, I'd highly recommend this reflex punching bag for anyone looking to add a little fun and intensity to their boxing workouts!

Product was good but broke in 3 months.

Honestly for beginners it’s cool but if your advanced it’s not well , to slow to even have a fast 1,2 .

I am not training to be a boxer. I simply bought this equipment to work out at home. However, if you can afford a better piece of equipment get it. This bag serves it's purpose. However, where the metal rod screws into the cobra spring regularly needs tightened while in use. A few times I didn't notice and aI knocked the top part off and had to pick it up and screw it back in during my workout. Also, raising and lowering the height of the bag is easy, but because there aren't any pre-drilled holes the height can slip during your workout. Am I disappointed in this purchase? Yes. Does it serve it's purpose? Yes. If you can afford a nicer set up, get it.

This is great for sharpening your reflexes. My 9 year old uses it often. We’ve noticed improvement in his boxing drills and reaction speed. Super easy to assemble and it has options for suction cups on hardwood flooring or a bag to fill with sand and set on the base. It’s fun to use and makes workouts more interesting.

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband and he has told me several times this is the best gift I have ever given him. 😂 The equipment is durable and strong, we have had to rig up a few things to weigh it down, but it wasn't hard to find a solution to our problem. This is a great product for anyone looking to work on head movement, it has just enough bounce, without completely laying flat on the floor like other models. Works great in a temporary place as it comes, but we do plan to mount it to the floor in the gym.
