Extremely poor from Venum
The item became unstitched on the outside on first use. And the inner stitching has managed to take the skin off my knuckles.I've used focus pads for 8 years! Never known anything like it.

Great for hand injuries that are healing
Both of my fighters had hand injuries. The lighter padding in these allowed for light to medium striking but wasn't that hard on their hands. They were surprised when they made contact how much easier it was on the hands.Great for beginners to work on technique.Definitely like these!
