Are the pants warm enough to wear alone with no under garments?

Haven’t done that but had shorts on and was warm. I was outside in humid weather though.

How do they run length wise.. 36 waist but i need 30/32 length?

The regular size has 31" inseam, and the tall will have a 33" inseam.
