Will the tape be okay to use for pull up bars to make the bar more grippy?

Might be bit rough on the hands unless you erar gloves. Even then ot might be too abrasive. Its good for walking on which is quite a different dynamic to twisting. Try tennis racquet handle tape.

Would this stop a armchair seat cushion from Sliding forward

No I don’t think it would work for that purpose . I used it on the edge of steps. Maybe try Velcro strips to keep cushion secure.

Will it stop a rug slipping on wooden floor?

It may do but you would have to stick the tape to your floor...I don't really think the roughness of the tape is enough to hold a large weave

Ideal for a step, I made a wooden one and added this to the top surface. Not aware of any other colour choices
