I am very impressed with this product. In the past I have taken more expensive Rosehip supplements, with great success. Rosehip seems to work very quickly with me and I have to wonder why I stop taking them when they are so good for me. I suppose the price was off putting and the build up in my system kept me going for a while. After my knee joint pain returned I thought I had better start on them again but could not find the type I had used before. Other brands were prodigiously expensive, and then I saw these. They were so much more realistically priced for long term use and they had some excellent reviews, so I thought I would try them. I have only been taking them since the beginning of this month, (just over 2 weeks) two a day and I can feel the difference already. I am able to get up and downstairs 'normally', ie not going up or down by getting both feet on the one stair before I move to the next one, as I had been doing. I have been very pleasantly surprised. The capsules themselves are normal capsule size. I find it helps to swallow any capsule you need to take by 'losing' it amongst whatever chewed food is already in your mouth and then, when you swallow the food, the capsule goes too. The delivery was excellent and I like the shape of the box, so easy to get through your letterbox. I don't think the box is as big as everyone thinks it is. I got a box, took some, then thought I had jettisoned it with some rubbish, so bought another box, again delivered the next day. Then I found the original box and had the great idea, I thought, to empty one box into the other, but I couldn't get them all in, still left with about two weeks' worth of capsules in the box. So.... box is not too big after all. I really recommend these and it's my intention to continue with them for as long as I can.

It was suggested by my Practice Nurse to interchange my Glucosomine with Rosehip. I was slightly afraid to change just in case I lost the efficacy of the Glucosomine but I tried the Rosehip and can advise that I have had no serious side effects. I am now into my second month of the Rosehip and will take it for another month after and then return to the Glucosomine. After my 3 months of Glucosomine I will be back in touch with you for a further box of Rosehip. Have now been interchanging Rosehip Supplement with Glucosamine and Chrondroitin for a couple of years and 'touch wood' there had been no loss of 'coverage'. This is a fine product and would highly recommend it to joint sufferers.

Love these. I'm part of the generation that had rosehip syrup as a child and remember the taste. These are really good, there's no taste from the capsules. These are very high in vitamin C so will keep.you healthy or will help recovery from colds etc. Excellent value. Can't praise this enough

I've been taking all sorts of pain relief tablets for ages (sprays, rubs, heat pads etc) for my hip which has been paining me for a long time and the pain relief tablets were doing nothing. I thought I would try these after researching them on the interweb - I'm getting a couple of the side effects - but nothing serious and the fact that I'm now pain free (!) means that putting up with a few minor drawbacks is something I can live with. I started off taking 1 a day - but saw no real change so I upped it to 2 and then the pain improved - I'm now on 3 a day and it's gone completely! (3 a day is the recommended daily amount, 1 taken with food) Rose hip is also (allegedly) good for removing wrinkles - so that's an added bonus! I would highly recommend these - but check with your doctor to check that you can take these supplements with other medications. Best £8 I've ever spent.

I'm trying these as an alternative to my old brand as these work out a bit cheaper. Only taking 1 at the moment so no noticeable change yet... will try 2 to see how that goes, then 3... which is the maximum recommended dose..

I have been taking this stuff for 10 years or more. All I can say that I am 60 and I don't have any joint pain. I take it as a precaution and don't know whether I would have developed joint pain by now without it. I am going to continue with it.

This used to be amazing it worked really well for pain. BUT if you have a issue with your calcium like Hyperparathyroidism Do not take it as it has calcium in it
