Worked great on my 67 camaro

The blade bent. I looked it up and there are 2 different types of sealant (Butyl / Urethane). Apparently this blade isn’t meant for urethane (which is commonly used on newer cars). Older cars might be fine, but I’m working on a 2013 Ram. I feel this should have been mentioned in the item description.

Worked perfectly right out of the box!

Replacing the windshield on an old car. Had to absolutely sure to cause no damage. This tool did the cutting/removal job without fuss.

I tried to use this tool to remove the urethane sealed rear glass in my vintage camaro. I’ll admit it was very tough to pull through the sealer. I thought I was going to break the tool or more importantly break my vintage glass.I tried heating the blade with a heat gun, and it cut through the sealer with ease. Each time it would start to get hard to pull, I’d reheat the blade, making it easy to cut through the urethane again. This tool worked very well for me onceo I tried heating the blade. Fair warning, keep the tool straight and don’t tweak it forward or backward. Use tool for cutting the sealing material only. Don’t try to use it pry the glass up. You will most definitely damage the glass.

Bought 3 of these to leave a short, medium and long blade in each. First use with the pre-installed blade and it twisted as soon as it touched the urethane. Tried installing better blades, the handles are cut too thin to accept good blades. Even if they did fit in the handle, these don't use standard spacing for the screw holes, so you wouldn't be able to install them. Don't waste your time or money on these.

Looks like it should work. Built well. I couldn't get it to break my seal so will be taking vehicle in to have done. Big bummer
