High quality, single ingredient, cat treat. I sometimes give my cat this is as a treat or I will sometimes crumble it as a topper. This container is pretty big! It lasts me quite a while and given the quality it is a great value for a natural cat treat.My cat also has severe food allergies. He can’t eat chicken so I avoid most cat foods/treats but this is great for him. He has never had a reaction and I have been giving him freeze dried quail yolks for nearly 2 years. He really enjoys them! However, my tabby is confused by them being ball shaped so she will only eat them as a topper. These are a tad bit stinky but not terrible. I would just not purposely take a whiff.

Wr have a very fluffy boy with a lot of fairly long fur, his undercoat is a little more on the soft but coarser side. The first several months we had him, he would get daily tangles and knots and get frustrated with brushing because he had so many little knots down his sides to work out, even with daily brushing.Someone suggested egg yolk, and the freeze dried are easy to use and very convenient. It made a world of difference! All of our cats get 1/2 a yolk every morning, crumbled on their breakfast. After about a week and a half, our boy has had no, absolutely zero, knots or tangles. We don’t even have to brush him daily , though we usually do because now he enjoys it!Worth mentioning, we have a second long hair cat who has very long, very fine fur. She still gets occasional tangles, and we haven’t really seen a change in her fur (she has been on the same amount for the same time period), but she does like the taste, and still enjoys the treat with breakfast.They have all been on the 1/2 yolk daily for months and it continues to be most helpful for our long haired boy, but we often hear from visitors how incredibly soft the fur is on all three. Don’t know if the yolk has something to do with that or not.

My cats love these freeze dried quail eggs as a treat. And I searched several pet stores and couldn’t find them anywhere else. I think the price is good for the amount of eggs you get in the container. Will be buying again!
