The mirror had a protective plastic sheet attached to it. Removing it was the problem. It's caught between the mirror and light strip. Using tweezers I removed as much as possible but don't want to be too aggressive and scratch the mirror. Hate how it looks in that 5" section. The raggedy edge runes the overall sleekness of the mirror! Sent Seller a message and just waiting for his reply.

I did extensive research on these mirrors before purchasing. We are very satisfied with this purchase. It arrived on time and was packaged well. Our contractor handled the installation and it was an additional expense (we opted to install the switch operation) but it was worth it. The mirror functions as advertised and really fits well with our design. We opted for a light above the mirror as well but in hindsight did not need it due to also having can lights in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Love the black matte frame around mirror to compliment the light. It’s bright one of pics is with just with mirror light and then with bathroom light. Would be hard if didn’t have someone to hardwire the mirror but it looks so nice. Had a friend do it and also we made sure to use heavier wall anchors and not a problem! Love it for the guest bath!

I just bought it for my upstairs bathroom and it looks good . I checked everyone’s reviews and went based on that, but works great. Only thing is light doesn’t light up a lot to just have that one light. But other than that it’s great

We remodeled the bathroom and added this lighted mirror to get rid of dated strip lighting over vanity. It’s sleek, stylish easy to adjust the light level and the de mister option works well. I wish it came in antique gold because I ended up buying gold rub and buff to achieve the desired effect. All in all it’s a great company would absolutely purchase from them again. Packed well also.

Concerns about overheating as it leaves a grey mark on the wall from the mirror's electrical box. I couldn't get this mirror to pass inspection because it doesn't have a UL certification sticker on the back (which should be standard). It's nice looking and good for the price, but not sure the electrical system is solid and trustable. Unfortunately, I can't return it as I missed the return window.
