Di van Niekerk's Roses: In silk and organza ribbon

Wonderful ribbon book, very realistic looking roses. lots of pictures and diagrams, very good written instructions too. use thread and glue, with silk and organza ribbons. You can make a whole sampler or just take one of the roses as a stand alone flower. Also covers 3D raised embroidery and photo transfer onto fabric, this is a book that I will keep for years to come.

Very beautiful book, lovely clear coloured photos, lots of information and detailed tutorials. Actually very beautiful to look at as well so would make a nice book to buy for a present.

Love the easy instructions and pictures giving guidelines, as new to silk ribbon work I can see that I have the opportunity to combine this is other areas, especially with some knitwear Might have got round to discovering some of these techniques myself in time but it gives me a starting point, well done it saves me time

Enticing and very clear, but needs skill. I will have to keep it for the future when I have time. I eluld have loved the rose as a single.

Un libro altamente professionale, per professionisti del genere , non pensavo fosse cosi' di alto livello.....vedendo la foto della rosa in copertina , vorresti riproporla invece è difficilissimo solo con l'aiuto del libro da tradurre in italiano..... sono le tecniche di applicazioni di fiori di seta e di organza fatti a mano sulla stoffa, come le coperte , lenzuola ecc molto interessante, ma anche molto difficile!
