Amazon return process and some info for any purchaser
The stars are more for the way in which Amazon handled the return as I could not get the thing to work and so I had to return it. Having returned the item, I found some info that may help the next person who buys one. There is a spindle which has a space for the crank handle to be installed and also has a plastic wheel. What is not made clear in the manual is that this spindle as 2 separate roles. The plastic wheel is attached to an independent outer spindle that controls the clutch, but I was not aware of this and as the wheel was so tight against the nuts for the crack handle it did not move independently. So I returned the item as the electric motor could not be engaged as I could not engage the clutch.

This winch was purchased for my husband to replace an old worn out winch he had had previously. He was delighted with the power it had and it had most capable pulling power.

Me ha llegado completo y nuevo, lo uso para subir un quad en remolque y para levantar el remolque y ponerlo verticalmente para que no me ocupe sitio en el garaje y M va de lujo faltaría probar con algo pesado, pero en principio con el precio que tiene muy recomendable

Me vino todo bien y funciona perfectamente, aunque a veces el sistema de desenrrollado deja el cable un poco mal y al recoger le cuesta porque no lo enrolla correctamente. Pero para subir un vehículo ligero de carreras a remolque me ha funcionado perfectamente.

Ya se que hace tiempo que os lo compre pero cuando pase la revisión del remolque donde lo puse me pidieron los datos para poderlo legalizar en el remolque es lo que necesito o si no os hice una compra que la tendré que tirar
