It doesn't state that it is but I can't see any ingredients that would say it isn't. I'm a vegan and use this sauce (main thing - it doesn't contain shrimp and most other brands do)

Q: How long does this keep in the fridge for once opened?

Fridge? Always keep ours in the cupboard and it's fresh as a daisy for as long as it lasts, yeah, months. Same as most sauces.

Q: What is the chili percebtage?

The bottle doesn't say. Contents chilli, water, salt and pepper. It is a good consistency and a Dutch sambal I have been using for years.
