Easy to setup, easy to use and seems to do the job. It's not a miracle worker so don't expect to suddenly be able to remove those impossible marks/stains. However, it does make certain jobs easier which otherwise require chemicals or elbow grease. For those complaining it's broken because you can't unscrew the cap, you need to wait for it to COOL DOWN FIRST. It literally says that in the manual, it's a safety feature so you don't end up with steam in your face.

I bought this handheld steam cleaner because, to be honest, I am too tight to buy a full size one and I have lived for most of my life without one, so couldn't justify spending the money, BUT am fed up with the grout being so filthy on my cream floor tiles. I was very sceptical, i'm hard to please with gadgets. I only got it yesterday and it was extremely easy to set up and use. On some of the reviews it says that because you have to hold the trigger down to operate the steam, you wouldn't be able to use it for longer than 10 minutes because your finger would ache. It doesn't last 10 minutes without needing to be refilled, so that isn't a problem. On the whole I am really happy with it, which has surprised me! My grout has come up brilliantly and I am already thinking of other areas I can use it. As I said before the only negatives are the fact that it doesn't last that long before it needs refilling, but for the price and the fact it is only a handheld I think this is a small price to pay for how easy it is to use and store out of the way. The only other negative I have is it does produce ALOT of water during use, but if you take a big towel around with you to mop it up it's not an problem. I think this handheld is a great choice if you are not always steam cleaning and only want to use it on hard floors and not carpets. It does freshen up curtains, taking out creases, but I haven't used it on this yet, so can't comment.

I think this is my new favourite toy! Only used it for the cooker, countertops and some upholstery andso far and it hasn’t disappointed me. Oh, to have the stainless steel cooker streak free with minimal effort! About it being slippery, I rest it on a silicone pot holder-problem solved! As for steam production and how hot it is, I can only say that it is perfect for me. I only wish you could have a way to know when the water runs out.

Easy to use, heats up quickly, easy to refill. However, in my opinion its too time consuming and didn't really do a lot even with the brushes trying to clean the shower. The glass cleaner attachment worked fairly well but the glass wasn't that dirty to start with. After 45 mins of using it on the shower tray and tiles, I went back to using my turbo scrubber made by another manufacturer which produced excellent results in far less time than i'd already spent with hissing bissell. My wife wants me to try cleaning inside the oven with it, but i suspect that i'll merely end up with copious amounts of water everywhere and end up going back to the usual foam spray that i know works.......we shall see

Love this I have a small home so storage is essential. I’ve looked at the bigger versions and can’t store them anywhere. This one once cooled I pop it back on the box fits under any chair stool or bed. Used on the bathroom great results and surprisingly on my cooker and hood, lifts grease effortlessly and a good shine on the hood. I’m planning to use it on a stone figurine in my garden which has black spots on it. Worth the money it can be used all over the home easily, lovely long lead too.

After a year with maybe 6 times used the steamer, the steamer stopped working. It's heating up the water but the steam is not coming out of the nozzle. I've got water softener in my whole house which means limescale won't block the nozzle and tbh it's perfectly clean when you look at it. It's a brilliant steamer when it's working but for a few times of use it's wasted money

I bought this based on a YouTube video and it really is a great little steamer. I have a Karcher steamer too for steaming floors and you can use it for the jobs I use the Bissell SteamShot for but the SteamShot is so much compacter and the cable is longer. It has a great range of attachments too to tackle all sorts of dirt and grime. I would highly recommend this as an addition to your cleaning tools, you will not be disappointed.

It works fine. It is a small device so not is expected to need refilling for large areas. My issue is that the temperature is not hot enough and it gets colder until the tank empties. I have used other similar devices that the steam is burning hot which I think would be the ideal.

Had high expectations but not so motivated to use it as it doesn’t thoroughly clean the mould from tap edges

delivered on time..great product..very useful is disinfecting all the corners of the house. steam is very powerful.

اولا ، حجمه في حمله واستخدامه مناسب لكن بالنسبة لسعته صغير ثانيا بياخد وقت حتي يتحول لبخار و ثالثا يجب ان تنتظر حتي يبرد تماما لتستطيع فكه وملئه من جديد وده طبعا بياخد وقت طويل ، تنظيف الشحوم والدهون عملي جدا ، تنظيف البقع لا يعمل بكفاءة ، اجمالا هو ماركة محترمة مضمونة احسن من غيره باسعار اقل ، تستطيع ان تعتمد عليه في التعقيم والتطهير للاسطح المختلفة ، اهم عيب اننا لا نستطيع ان نري مقياس المية داخل الجهاز لمتابعته ،

So this one 1) is imported 2) Good finish & Safety features 3) several attachments 4) v effective steam cleaner 5) long wire connection Disadvantage - Small capacity of container - which means one cycle lasts 20min as the steam runs out & one has to reheat steam kettle,
