Yes it does have a handle, and once you tear of the perforated clip it is very easy to open ad re=seal. When the fat balls are all finished, l use the tubs as hanging baskets. Trying to save on the plastic waste. hope this helps.

Stale hard as rocks on purchase ? Why

Did you try them? How, stale? If too soft & crumbly, more ends up on the ground. Birds very happy in our garden.
