Does not work
Installed outdoor and does not work well. Any gust of wind will blow out flame. Fire does not come out evenly.

I use it as part of our outdoor kitchen and having natural gas plumbed to it. very nice quality and sturdy and very easy to clean

I FEEL SCAMMED BY THE SELLER
The seller of this product knows what he is selling, which is why he does not allow returns. I bought two and both are in poor assembly condition with a leak due to the valves where it is not safe to use it. My opinion is a terrible product. If you want to keep your house away from a fire, don't buy it, the dis are going straight to the trash right now

Flame-out problem with one of the burners.
I have a problem with one of the burners, the large one. The flame will light but would not hold. It seems like I have a problem with the thermocouple flame-out device. I followed the instructions given in the user manual but still the flame would not hold. The small burner is fine, no problem with it. I purchased the stove in October 2023 and sent it over to the Philippines. When I came home to the Philippines in February, 2024, I went ahead and installed the stove and use a regulator. Replaced the nipples for LPG propane. Please help me with this issue. NOTE:Please keep the knob switch pressed for six seconds to turn on the thermocouple flame-out failure divice system after ignition. If you release the knob directly after ignition, the gas stove will automatically extinguish the flame because the flame-out failure divice is not turned on.
