When i get the goods it is serious damaged?pls confirm how to solve

The bottom of my bottle printed as " lot 1994t". what's that means? if it is not the expiry date and then what is that?

Mine has this stamped on the bottle, Made in Canada Lot 0135C. I do not believe it's the expiration date. This number refers to batch or run for a certain shift, day, or time frame. This way if there is a problem, the company could trace when it was bottled, how many, and so forth. Hope this eases your mind. Jay D Johnson

Does this product form bubbles for a bubble bath? Or is this for showering?

This product isn't a bubble bath. It's a gentle head to toe wash for babies, doesn't lather much.

does what it says - no tears

I use this for myself as well as the kids and its fantastic, have suffered with Eczema for over 10 years and already after 3 days use the redness and itching and have started to subside. Its just such a shame that its not on the shelves in UK supermarkets Best thing for Eczema.

Solved babies eczema. Brilliant stuff

My daughter was suffering from patchy eczema all over and a terrible patch in the corner of her mouth. We tried every body wash and shampoo under the sun; all the named brands like Johnson's and Hipp etc. All the specialist hypoallergenic, sensitive skin, soap free might as well be a bottle of water that costs £30 products and then someone suggested Aveeno. Wow what a turn around. Within days the patchy skin was clearing up and after about a month combined with the Aveeno moisturiser her mouth was on the mend. For a marginally distressed parent that had tried everything and had no help from the doctors other than use Vaseline, this was a fantastic find. Won't be going back to any other product from now on!!

Very gentle on the skin. However you have to use quite a bit to have any bubbles and it is pricy; but worth it.

Smells yummy and stopped pox itch.

Brought for my Grandchild to help when she caught chicken pox. Smells yummy she said and made me soft and not itchy. Appeared to dry her spots up far quicker too. As she has sensitive skin that gets dry and gets a touch of dermatitis, since using this she had had not flair ups.

I love this product!! Aveeno advocate

This has been a godsend. My daughter broke out in rashes and rough skin after using either J&J or Simple ranges for babies. This is truly gentle enough for her to wash in as often as required and her skin feels great.Can be used as bubble bath, or direct onto skin and I use it a few times a day between top & tail, bath time and the occasional 'Help we've had an accident' cleaning, skin never seems dried out.We also bought moisturiser which is light enough to double as a massage lotion.
