Worth testing different times of consumption
I read mixed reviews about this product but decided it give it a go.Nice small packaging- posted through my letter box.Tablets are small and easy to swallow. No taste or after taste.I’ve had a tablet first thing in the morning and found there was no impact during the day.I’ve had the tablet after lunch and this is where I’ve had the impact I was looking for. No cravings for sugary products after lunch or dinner.Normally I always crave something sweet after lunch and dinner.I would buy again.

They do work if you have patience
I have a very strong sweet tooth and find myself constantly craving sweets, chocolate and fizzy juice - anything snacky really! For the 1st 2 weeks I thought that these weren't working for me as I found myself still craving sweets but I am now on week 3 and have noticed that I don't crave sweets/sugary stuff at all now! I still have sweet things in moderation as I enjoy them but the hard to fight cravings are gone and I am 4lbs down this week! My advice is stick with them and they will hopefully work eventually for you but don't expect an instant curb to cravings!

I think it’s possible if you have diabetes and are on diabetic medication you should check whether to take this. I took my first tablet and had a lot of diarrhoea. Could be connected but my glucose level dropped could also be connected.
