Watch arrived well before delivery date very impressed , stunning looking watch which I've worn 2 month and has kept perfect time set to atomic clock , second hand hits every second marker perfectly the lume is excellent so can tell time in the dark or shaded areas the strap is solid links and very robust the the watch itself is bullet proof and looks great on the wrist my wrist size is 7 1/2 and the watch looks awesome proper manly looking , I wear this thing every day at work and it's took a few knocks and still looks new , finally I fully charged the watch in 2 days by 450 gentle shakes each day cos I couldn't wait lol press the button at 2 o'clock position when second hand reaches 12 o'clock ,if second hand sweeps to 5seconds the charge is between 1-7 days ,10 secs is 7 days to 1 month , 20 secs is 1 month and if it sweeps to 30 secs it's at full charge which lasts 4-6 months if not worn , if watch is worn at least 3 days a week it will run for years , hope this was helpful

Well priced proper dive watch.
Too be honest! What is the point of reviewing a Seiko, you know it will be both well made feel and look good. Sorry to bore you but no exception here, nice heavy watch, well packaged and delivered on time (no pun intended).Ok! A few actual comments! Far to many rotating bezels are too loose or too stiff, this is about right, strap is matt finished stainless steel which adds a touch of class. When I first opened the box I thought the dial a bit small and was a tad disappointed, but this has grown on me and I think it suits the watch. Good clasp which is important on a sports watch and an expanding bracelet so you can wear it outside of a wet suit. Lastly! You do not need to take it to a jewellers to adjust the pin and collar strap. Job best done on a white table cloth. Simply push the pins out in the direction of the arrows, there are teeny collars that will stay in the links if you keep them flat, if they do fall out they are very small hence the white table cloth. If they do replace them in the link and push the pins back through from the other direction. Job should take a few minutes. If the pin goes in too easily you have lost a collar. Do not forget to shake the collar from the remaining link and I suggest you use a bit of Sellotape to hold the spare pins and collars.

Great watch, great price
Despite coming all the way from the USA this was the cheapest I could find this watch online. It's a genuine SEIKO as I entered all the serial numbers on the SEIKO USA website and it checks out. It has a satisfying heft to it, the bezel is sturdy yet fairly easy to turn (I have had some more expensive watches which were really hard to turn). The movement is almost silent you have to hold it right next to your ear to hear anything; my watch goes on my bedside table which is right next to my head so this is important to me. I've had this over a month now and it's within seconds of a radio controlled clock I have. I purchased this watch after my Traser watch (which was almost twice the price) needed repair and I was quoted over £100 to fix it. I am really glad I decided to purchase this watch and go for a kinetic rather than a battery watch. You can hear the kinetic movement as you shake the watch but I quite like this and it's only noticeable when the watch is near your head.

Seiko watch
Lovely watch. Strap was too small. Which was disappointing. However I returned it without fuss.

Good watch...... but...
The watch is my second one (the first lasted for five years until moisture got in). I found out that Seiko do not supply parts to watch menders so you have to send it off to Seiko UK for the repairs. To repair my watch was only a few pounds short of the purchase price of a new one.....no brainer. So be warned if anything goes wrong with the watch you may have to dig deep into your wallet to have it repaired.

Why buy Rolex when you can have this Seiko...
Ordered this watch around 23:30 on Saturday night. Delivered to me at 11:21 Monday morning. Stunning service as ever from Amazon. Never be fooled that Seiko watches are lookey-likey Rolex or Breitling. They never try to be, but they are certainly in a league of their own and, over the last 35 years, I have never been disappoined by a Seiko watch. And that boast now moves on to my latest aquistion. I don't dive but I like diver's watches because they are strong and sturdy. I do shoot, a lot, and I have seen very expensive watches fall apart from rifle recoil. This has never happened with a Seiko. The face is clear and easy to read, and will be good enough to see in darkness. If you want a watch that will last buy this one, if you want a watch that wont let you down buy this one. If you want reliability then it has to be Seiko every time.

An Excellent Choice
Having had a couple of bad experiences with watches this year I thought I'd turn to the watch forums and get some decent advice. This watch was always highly recommended and I can see why. This is a HEAVY piece of stainless steel and feels fantastic on the wrist. It is beautifully manufactured, extremely accurate (it's a quartz watch after all) and looks amazing. I especially like the matt finish on the Pepsi bezel - very classy.I've swapped the steel strap for a James Bond NATO band - it looks great and is a little lighter!I also have to agree with the other reviewer that WatchesByTimepiece were an absolutely awesome Amazon Seller, highly recommended.
