Saved my platy!
My platy fish had a swim bladder problem which made him spin so I bought this medication online for the next day delivery. I separated the platy from the other fish and put him in his ‘hospital tank’ for a week. I used this medication alongside epsom salt baths (15min a day) and it saved my platy! I used only one dose of this medication and could see the improvement in about 48 hours. His bladder issues resolved but then platy also caught some sort of fungal infection therefore I had to switch treatment for fungal infections (also bought of amazon interpet brand). Overall treatment took about a week and platy was saved, now back to his buddies :) Highly recommended this medication. There is a QR code to scan for calculating the exact dose of medication according to the size of the tank. Also medication expires in 1 year from opening.

Worth trying if other medications don't work
I assumed I had internal parasites or flukes as some of my fish were displaying clamped find, thiness and flashing. Treated for both using various medications and no improvement was seen. Therefore as a last resort tried treating for internal bacteria using this product and after the first dose noticed a marked improvement in the fishes behaviour. After the 2nd treatment the symptoms have virtually gone. Will treat for a 2nd course after a water change. Would highly recommend this treatment.

Saved my guppy
I'd lost a few guppies for no obvious reason, water was fine, no signs on body etc & only had 2 fish left, one of which was on its side, gasping, hardly moving. I decided to try this so took out my plants, snails and carbon, put the first dose in - 10 hours later my poorly guppy was upright and starting to swim around, I couldn't believe it. 4 days later I added the 2nd dose then 5 days after that I did a big water change, added my plants & carbon back but ran the filter for 24 hours before adding snails back to make sure carbon had absorbed any medication. As I type this, both guppies are fine :)

Value for money
Not sure if it works or if i’m even using it properly. My fish had dropsy, and I felt like it was in its last days when i ordered this medicine. It was a last hope. To be honest i’m not sure how big my fish tank is, so that was the first problem. You have to first add the medicine to separate water, and then add that water to the tank. From what i remember it’s like a 7 day treatment, and you add the medicine once and wait a couple of days and then add it again. If you wanted to use the medicine again, you would have to replace all the water in your fish tank and then add the medicine again. On their official website, they strongly recommend adding some kind of salt to help the fish to deal with the medicine. I would recommend looking into that. I added the treatment, but i feel like it was too late for my fish. My fish died a couple of days later, before the time to add the second dose. I think my fish was too ill so nothing would’ve worked. I would recommend as soon as you see symptoms of a disease in your fish, you add medicine or something. The medicine was labelled nicely, it had a little cap to add the medicine to the water with markings of measurements. Looking on the website can help you with how much you need to add for your fish tank if you’re unsure. I feel like it’s also good value for money, it’s quite cheap and you get quite a bit of it.
