This took a while to work, but now has reduced my appetite and i am slowly but surely loosing weight. I am not nearly so hungry. When i order, i know that it will arrive if not the next day then certainly the day after

These tablets really help me when I need to loose weight, I find that they suppress my appetite ( which by the way is huge) and I seem to feel less sluggish than if I try to loose weight without them, also great to find they have no caffeine in them as most other brands do as I tend to get a bit irritable with added caffine

Please please do not waste your money, item does not work don't waste your money. I have been going to the gym for 20years + and believe I know enough to get results. Thought I would try, it honestly did nothing besides head aches (I normally don't suffer any side effects with anything). I believe the ones that claim it works are probably generally dieting or getting paid to say it works, who but again don't bother! One star for packaging.

If I could give zero stars I would. This product absolutely does not work. Taken as advised and in conjunction with other products as recommended. Used as part of an active exercise regime and healthy eating plan, and I actually put on a ridiculous amount of weight. The only thing that is lighter is my wallet. Do not waste your money as I have done!

I have been taking these as since new year,they have suppressed my appetite but I have not lost any weight and I have been to the gym every day.
