We’ll packaged, however I wouldn’t recommend taking them with no one around as they are a real choking hazard. They are the largest pills I have ever taken and they have sharp edges with straight sides so they catch and lodge in your throat. A quick bite and lots of water solves the problem, I’ll see what I think when I get to the end of the packet as I like to support small uk companies especially ones who have given thought to their packaging.

Unfortunately I am no stranger to taking pills and this one is a doozy!I cannot speak for its efficacy all I am saying is it is quite difficult to swallow - it is of a chalky consistency so can get stuck easily. Make sure and have plenty of water. Good Value For Money so that makes it a little easier to swallow :) .

Terrific! Make sure to keep them in their packet until ready to consume. Outside of their packet they seem to be sensitive to the humidity in the air and start to break up/crumble a bit. However, they're fine if you keep them in the original pouch.

It dries in my throat and hurts... I break it in pieces but it tastes fish for quite a while, too... I guess it is healthy, so I will try to take them all... Next time I will by a different type, though...

These tablets are large and difficult to swallow. I "disolve" them in water. Tastes like seaweed, not unpleasant but ibwould have ordered to have them as a capsule.
