A great purchase!
Fit the job perfectly - good length, good quality and good value for money. Has enabled me to relocate my WiFi hub to a more central point in my home so that I can now obtain a good signal in every room and even the garden. I now no longer need to use my 2 'plug-in' Wi-Fi extenders which saves me a small amount of electricity...it's a win win!

Not so great for me
I bought a few ASDL cables to see which would work better for me. I also wanted to compare using a dedicated "quality" ASDL cable extension vs a regular telephone extension. I was a bit surprise that this 5m ASDL cable seemed to lower my ADSL signal noise-margin a bit - by perhaps 2 dB. Using shorter cables (1m or 0.3m) seemed to work better. Also, using a regular quality 5m telephone extension, then a short ADSL cable on top seemed to work better than using this 5m ADSL cable unfortunately. Having said that it seems good enough quality, and will probably do the job for you if you need this cable.

Now my internet stays connected.
My old cable was very old and has had a few tugs etc lately I found I was intermittently losing the internet, after having checked all connections I found the little clip that holds it in place at the filter end had broken so any little movement of the cable broke my connection, I have 2 wireless devices and an Ethernet connected PC. I have the router halfway around the room so that's why I needed 10m so I went on straight on the Amazon app (after I got the connection back) because I knew I could find one for next day delivery, I must say I guessed the length and thankfully it was perfect, no more connection lose. Thank you very much. Works perfect.
