This is my first time buying these vitamins, and I chose them because Viridian is a very reliable brand. They do have a slight smell, but I really love that they come in a glass jar and contain no unnecessary fillers. I’ve just started trying them, so I’ll update my review later, but so far I’m very pleased with the presentation and quality.

Great supplement

Best supplement for the mature man I know; fantastic quality

Hubby has been on these vits for around 7-8 months of 20 months TTC and 12 months of "cleaning up lifestyle" which means Strictly no alchol/smoking/saturated fats... Not evan a nytol when he had to try get to sleep early for early start on the job, he even gave up crisps bless him! Drank 8 glasses of water a day, as did i and we both eat a fresh healthy nutritious diet/exercise regime. Although he has not had a SA done since taking them, we have noticed a difference his semen it is less watery. However... Sadly no pregnancy yet- I have been searching the net endlessly for other reviews on this product and nothing :( SO... We have decided to spend a little more money and get some fertility vitamins which actually have reviews on them and success story's! I would also like to mention that these never made him feel sick but he did say they tasted horrible. He also broke out in spots-which is normal for any food/vits high in selenium so nothing unexpected there. I did sometimes forget to give him his 2nd one of the day but if that happened i made sure he doubled up the next morning ;-) I would have given these tablets longer 12-18 months but with the no review's thing its wise to switch-also i heard maca is great to boost motility! so going to buy some that has that in it. Overall these are probably a good fertility vitamin for men, most of the ingredients and there and of good quantity like the selenium/zinc/L-G and L-A, the vit C is a bit low though and of course no maca! But they are the cheapest ones i could find, which is great for people on a budget. I should also mention this isnt the only thing we are doing to help TTC we are also using softcups with preeseed and i am taking evening primrose oil to give those little men an extra hand.. and of course TRYING to sustain for 3-4 days prior to OV which is easier said than done during your most fertile week! *****Update- just had my baby boy!! Got pregnant using WELLMAN CONCEPTION after only 3.5 months so glad we switched from these.
