Q: Were these hangers ok for hanging coats/winter coats on?

They're ok for medium weight coats and jackets, but not for your 'heavier' thicker winter ones. Hope this helps.

Q: Could you confirm the full height of the hanger is 11.2cm (I've only got a short hanging space so I'm looking for the shortest hangers I can find)

Mine are 9cm from the top of the hanger (hook) to the point where they meet the plastic hanger. Does this help? Lesley
