Hi any filling ideas for a 10 week old springer pup? (extreme chew monster!)

For my Beagle pup I used Peanut butter (no Xylitol), mashed banana, fat free yogurt, chopped apple & carrots, marmite (smear inside & your dog will lick until all gone), pate, cheese spread. I use 2 or 3 of these items at a time. Can even be frozen but take out of freezer 20 minutes before giving to your pup 🙂.

The inside prongs seem to melt in even moderately warm temperatures (England in spring). Is it safe?

We've not had that problem. Our cockerpoo is a heavy chewer and this is the first you he's not demolished, it seems as tough as the Kong toys. Our boy eats anything, Nerf bullets with cat 💩 his go to favourite 🤣. I can't imagine the 4mm rubber fingers you mentioned being a problem. If you're not comfortable you could bring the toy inside

are there two holes in it to prevent choking.? like kongs have.

Is this the right size for my 16 week old whippet puppy?

My personal opinion is that this is one of the largest and most robust treat feeders available. I have used it for my very strong destructive (toys only) GSD. I think it is probably too big for 16 week old whippet. Great toy for larger dogs tho.
