Q: Are the plastic sheets individually removable or is it a case of all or nothing?

They can’t be removed individually. To be honest, this wallet was rubbish. I binned it a few days after receiving it and bought a better one.

Q: Can you remove the sleeves individually

I cannot remember, if you can remove individual flimsys. I removed all of mine, so mine is like the third picture and a nice quality leather. I only use it for a few credit cards .

Q: Is this made of pig leather?

I would say no , 25 years ago I had a pigsleather jacket , this leather wallet is not similar , but that’s just my opinion
