Sorry, no. It scratches the soil, (scarify) to dislodge dead grass and moss.

Do you push or pull this device?

it can be very hard to move about depending on how thick your moss is but i found it is easiest to push

Does it come complete with handle

Yes it does, a nice strong telescopic handle that you can adjust, depending on the angle you wish to rake at. A longer handle goes in deep and is harder work, but shorter gives a top rake and gets out quite a lot of moss and will rake up leaves and similar.
