Thayers Witch Hazel Facial Gentle Rose Petal Toner Lotion with Organic Aloe Vera, 355ml

I use this in my electric nano mister. It works perfectly 👌 It produces a nice, fine, refreshing mist. Smells amazing. Feels great on my skin, especially through the nano mister. I use it as a refreshing cooling spray that also adds a fresh little moisture boost. I also apply over fresh make up and it sits really well. Will last a very long time when used with the nano mister. Really pleased.

Wow, so for someone with allergy prone/ highly sensitive skin.. I was very surprised that this didn’t break me out! It’s really lovely and hydrating, definitely helps tighten pores, even though we don’t think a toner is important, it definitely is. Lovely rose smell, my advice don’t put on a cotton pad, just pour into hand then quickly lather all over face. I do highly recommend & the bottle does last a long time so it’s worth the money ❤️

Best I've ever used. I can't fault this brilliant product, it's refreshing, cleansing, moisturising and could (I will expand on the use of the word 'could') last for ages. You only need to use a small amount and it goes a long way. The refreshing smell of cucumber only adds to the fresh feeling you get once applied to the skin. Honestly no complaints (aside from one). I actually took this to a week long festival and used it rather than wet wipes to clean myself. Every 2 or 3 days I'd just use about 3 or 4 cotton pads on both sides, one squirt of Thayers and clean my body. Removed the dirt so much that there was literally nothing left - absolutely brilliant! Left me refreshed and feeling clean when all of my mates we're smelly and filthy. The only issue that I have with this product is the bottle that it comes in. This product is best suited to stay at home. It's not suitable for travelling around with. On one occasion I brought this with me when staying over at my boyfriends house for a long weekend, as it's small enough to fit into my bag and a brilliant item to bring with to keep my daily routine going. In one car journey about a third of the bottle had leaked everywhere - such a waste! The lid on the bottle is not secure enough. Unless this is kept upright and still, it will leak immediately. I did take this away with me for a festival (as mentioned) but I tried many techniques to keep this from leaking (e.g duct taping the lid/putting it in a sandwich bag to keep it away from stuff) but nothing worked and I lost another third of the bottle. I actually had to settle with decanting it into a water bottle. The leaking was terrible as it rubbed off the beautiful label on the front and although it made everything smell lovely, it was wasted and would be better suited for my face! I am still giving 5 stars because there is nothing wrong with the product and I am very impressed. It's clearly not meant for travel purposes and I don't think many people actually try to do what I did and take it around with me everywhere I go (it's become a bit of a staple or 'can't live without' product). The leaking is not due to bad packaging design but probably because it's not meant to be rattled about in a bag but rather left at home by your mirror for the morning. A warning to some people if they're thinking of taking it away with them, but I suggest decanting into a plastic water bottle if this is the case. I will be buying 2 bottles to replace this last one - one to decant for travel purposes and one to leave at home.

I was a bit sceptical as citric acid is quite high up in INCI list but to my surprise this is actually quite nicely hydrating (not moisturising) toner I thought due to the consistency it would be more moisturising so I have started using it now as I thought it would be too heavy for my skin during sticky humid British summer but I think this is brilliant for hot weather The consistency is gel-like but it sinks into your skin almost immediately There is no residue left after application and my skin feels hydrated and plumped The only downside is you have to be super quick with next steps in your skincare as there’s no moisture left after this one and serums (majority of) should be applied to damp skin Would I re-purchase? Hell yeah! Going through toners that I have and after that I will be re-purchasing this one as it is so versatile

I use this every morning & evening after using facial wipes, it gets the last traces of makeup off & leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, clean & it’s gentle with great ingredients. I’m on my third bottle & they’re a good size.

This is my second bottle and I honestly don’t see myself switching any time soon. If you have sensitive, reactive, or combination skin, this is a dream. It calms irritation instantly, reduces redness and leaves my skin feeling balanced and fresh without that tight, stripped feeling most toners cause. The rose petal scent is light and natural, not perfumey at all, which I appreciate as someone who gets headaches from strong fragrances. It layers beautifully under serums and moisturiser and I’ve noticed my skin feels more hydrated and looks more even with regular use. No breakouts, no stinging, no drama….just soft, soothed skin. If you’re building a calming skincare routine, this is 100% worth it. Great value for money too!

It's a good product however it leaks everywhere and half of the product gone is just through it leaking. No matter how tight I close it it always leaks.

La fragranza di lavanda è leggera e rilassante, perfetta per un momento di cura di sé, soprattutto la sera. Questo tonico non secca la pelle, anzi, la lascia idratata e morbida. È ottimo per chi, come me, ha la pelle sensibile o secca e cerca un prodotto che lenisca eventuali irritazioni. Dopo alcune settimane di utilizzo, ho notato una riduzione dei rossori e dei piccoli sfoghi cutanei. Il mio incarnato appare più uniforme e luminoso. Inoltre, è ottimo come base prima dell'applicazione di sieri o creme idratanti, poiché aiuta a preparare la pelle ad assorbire meglio i trattamenti successivi. Essendo privo di alcol, non dà quella sensazione di "pelle che tira", cosa che invece accade spesso con altri tonici. L'estratto di amamelide aiuta a restringere i pori e a mantenere la pelle purificata, senza però risultare aggressivo. In conclusione, Thayer Lavender Witch Hazel Toner è un must per chi cerca un tonico delicato ma efficace, con una formula naturale e una piacevole fragranza di lavanda. Perfetto per pelli sensibili, secche o che necessitano di un tocco calmante!

Update: started using it as well on front scalp to clean after using Rosemary oil. Any oil you put in hair gets tacky and so this helps to clean scalp after using Root Touchup sprays. I still wash my hair but sometimes you are not ready to, and this can buy you some time. I love this witch hazel toner. The Mario Badescue sprays are similar in quality. It is gentle, not tingly or harsh, long lasting bottle, and helps after my skin has been through a day of makeup. If you want something stronger like an alcohol or tingly toner look elsewhere. I use it after cleansing and to ensure nothing is left behind. Also for cleansing areas after a would not wound itself. I find it good to use before applying skincare. Or a refresh on your face if you have no makeup during afternoon gives you a clean feeling even if just around nose and cheeks. The light rose scent is perfect. It has become pricey in Canada, but I use it sparingly so it will last me many months. It is a non essential product, but helps your skin after a rougher cleansing session. And just as an alternative to washing your face between washing. Also if you don’t want to put moisturizer on, this hydrates your skin. And is better than nothing at all. Get a mini spray and carry this with you.

La botella dura bastante tiempo, llevo muchos meses usando este tóner día y noche. No necesitas usar mucho para que te da el efecto. Lo uso después de lavar y secar mi cara, pongo un poquito en la cara y ayuda que el piel está suave y listo para otros sérum o maquillaje. Además huele muy bueno cuando lo aplicas aunque después de esto no huele casi nada pero mejor así!

Me gusta porque no reseca y deja la piel muy calmada. La uso a diario después de limpiar la cara y ayuda a reducir rojeces. El aroma es suave y natural.
