Where can i buy rubber bands for the tim bird?

It has a switch to let it flap its wings, but I can't make it "switch" - I can wind it up, but not switch it on. Any ideas?

Sounds like a factory defect, send it back for exchange. I don’t use the switch personally, I just hold it by the wings, wind it up, then throw it.
